- Come from a tennis background
- Have a desire to be a life long learner
- Enjoys educating and helping people grow
- Wants to develop their own vision & career pathway alongside ours
- Self motivated & professional
- Finds the little things important
- Formal qualification not essential
- Tennis Australia qualification not essential but you need to show a willingness to attain one
